15b1632d17 Update preferences with descriptions of new options 
Namely, the "Use three pan view" and "Always watch for new mail"
options.  Also update the text about notifications to reflect changes to

6ea5612863 Conditionally disable generating help translations 
The gnome-doc-utils dependency is problematic for gnome-continuous.
This adds a configure switch --disable-documentation that turns off
generating and installing the translated help, which is the only thing
that requires xml2po and thus gnome-doc-utils.

2e30e47b98 Generate and install localized help docs 
This causes us to generate localized help docs whenever Geary builds,
and then the localized docs are installed with the rest of the help
pages.

It would be great to also have the CMakeLists read from the Makefile.am
file to determine what translations to run, but that hasn't happened
yet.
