8c31a8de21 tests: Fix ImapDB test after C.UTF-8 change 
You can test that this should be the correct order by adding a line for
each on a file and then running

```
$ cat "$TEST_FILE" | LC_ALL=C sort -r
```

0ab9f5a72d ui: Simplify style rules for body.plain in the composer 
Setting these rules on `body.plain *` is not needed: they will cascade
quite happily on their own, with easier maintenance and readability for
humans

Also applies to rules whose values are unchanged from those on `body` -
better to keep these DRY

851f188a06 client: Fix invalid conversion from points to pixels 
CSS and WebKit expects font size in pixels, but not "actual device pixels".

This fixes incorrect font size when using font-scaling with WebKitGTK >= 2.48.
Under older WebKitGTK versions result will be the same.

ae459a7240 flatpak: Update gmime module 
It looks like gmime moved to github a while ago already [1], which
should hopefully contain some fixes that are preventing our flatpak
builds from, well, actually building.

e91606b25b Set prgname to application ID 
Using the application ID ensures that Wayland compositors could match the
window with the application and show the appropriate icon for them.
