7c56aeb483 Implement 'Create Folder' in all containers, loop over all items 
- Rename NewFolderItem -> CreateFolderItem
- Disable FileSystemContainer -> Remove delete behavior
- FileSystemContainer -> Remove now *only* opens shell window
