- Prevent the LibraryProviderSelector from creating new providers when it already has ones loaded, stored and referenced
 - Add WebRequest2 type to support custom post/request values

6ba21f771f Turned back on the don't select if selected code. 
Made a new test to prove that auto select all text widgets don't select all when selected and clicked again
Putting in a Braille Grade 2 encoder
