Michael James Gratton 6182f466f5 Delay checking network connectivity if already connected. Bug 776042. 
* src/engine/util/util-connectivity-manager.vala: Add both a next-check
  time and a delayed check timer so that if we are already connected and
  a check ran recently, re can avoid running one again for a little while.

Geary: Send and receive email

Geary is an email application built around conversations, for the GNOME 3 desktop. It allows you to read, find and send email with a straightforward, modern interface.
