Made it so if we crash we can tell.
Made it so if we know we crashed we disable the 3d display o gcode (just in case).
We can make more crash recovery now as well.

Put all the icons into the icons directory
Lots of work on printing from SD card
Put in hardware options to describe printer settings (fan, heated bed, sd card)
moved icons into subdirectory.
