b39666634a More making printerConnection passed to classes. 
Made the speeds for movement controls be extensions methods on PrinterSettings
TODO: Why on ExportPrintItemPage was that if the leveling turned on or off we would show the check box by rebuilding that window.

836dcee8b8 Improve startup state initialization 
- Use single instance for .EmptyProfile
- Remove ActiveSliceSettings static constructor, rely on ProfileManager
- Remove SettingsKey.active_theme_name and db usage
- Revise LoadUITheme to only load oem or default color theme
- Only assign ActiveSliceSettings.Instance during ProfileManager assign
