4494ac8251 MaxLengthStream don't interpolate any position until we know the destination completely 
Only build a movement string for the values we know the position of
initialize unknown positions to Unknown (rather than Zero)
Added get to check for fully known position

a34e104773 Ensure we exhaust the command buffer before we switch E positions 
Marlin firmware explicitly does not run out the command queue when switching e
this means we potentially have queue instructions with the wrong e position
