Revise AutoConnect behavior and startup printer selection
...
- Store selected printer in UserSettings
- Restore last selected printer on startup
- AutoConnect now means "Connect" to startup printer if enabled
- Prevent firing ActivePrinterChanged and thus ReloadAll during startup
