8134b3f450 Fixed the Macros window to cancel on user closes with the X windows button. 
Put cancel into max length and temp stream
Made close function take a bool if the system did it
Moved To EventHandler<> in GuiWidget
Made a ClosedEventsArgs

ff2f7d249e Prevent unexpected ActivePrinter changes 
- Prevent selection changes on "Add New Printer..." menu item
- Prevent ActivePrinterChanged on differing EmptyProfile instances
- Prevent calling SwitchToProfile on PrinterSelector change if already
  on instance

- Remove unused properties from ApplicationView
 - Rename CompactApplicationView to TouchscreenView
 - Rename ResponsiveApplicationView to DesktopView
 - Move abstract ToggleTopContainer() specific to TouchscreenView
 - Remove unused HideTopContainer implementations
 - Conditionally compile invocation/assignment of ApplicationMenuRow
 - Migrate single setting from PrinterSettings "PublishBedImage" to SliceSettings
 - Remove PrinterSettings class
 - Import "PublishBedImage" during ImportPrinters
 - Remove code that doubles the size of the splitter bar when collapsed

e4f2dad8ae Revise AutoConnect behavior and startup printer selection 
- Store selected printer in UserSettings
 - Restore last selected printer on startup
 - AutoConnect now means "Connect" to startup printer if enabled
 - Prevent firing ActivePrinterChanged and thus ReloadAll during startup
