4f8c0742ce Made the com tester able to respond as if it is MarlinFirmware 
Took out the ability to print to printer sd card.
    You can still print from sd card)
    You can still save gcode to an sd card
Put in and EXTENSIONS check from firmware
Putting in a URI_GCODE_SEND

4ef9e4c0fc Made the centering of inserted parts work correctly. 
Always show the reset connection button if a printer has it, even when not connected.

cbbeeac8ae Don't show the bed temp if there is no heated bed. 
Don't write bed temp to gcode if there is no heated bed.
Read bed temp through accessor function so we can filter it based on if the printer has a heated bed.
Added BedTemperature function on Active Slice Settings

30c77146ec Took out all the user folder stuff and put it into the file dialog. 
Also made file dialog remember what folder was last used and use that one if it has been set.
Does the old user folder when not set.

398023ba7b Put in actual extruder temp setting and reading for multi extruders. 
Got rid of crash when no gcode loaded and try to clear it.

30fbe6d855 Fixed color or gcode printing screen. 
sd card working all but cancel.
made max extrusion ratio go to 3 (which is 3mm to 1.75 conversion for gcode (mostly))

4703b7b2a6 More work on printer sd card support 
Made single panel mode not ever load data into the second panel (memory optimization)
Made the thumbnail widget let go of the memory of the model when the window is closed.
Put in an explicit DeletFileFromSdCard
