- Rename NewFolderItem -> CreateFolderItem
- Disable FileSystemContainer -> Remove delete behavior
- FileSystemContainer -> Remove now *only* opens shell window

bbbcb62123 Fix AddMultipleItemsToQueue test 
- Use new library widget name format
- Fix blocking issues in PrintQueueContainer
  - Perform actual container reload via .ReloadContainer
  - Allow ReloadContainer to execute on the current thread
  - Wrap original invocation of ReloadContainer in ctor with Task.Run()
