Improve GCode/Model view toggling
...
- Switch models to Wireframe while in GCode view
- Conditionally render layers data on visibility of GCode widget
- Short term: Clear Scene selection on entering GCode view
- Use consistent formatting for GCodeRenderInfo constructor
