Fixed lots of code to use them correctly
CompactSlidePanel does not need to reload back panel anymore as that happens in wide screen panel

Made the part preview be right when the window changes between wide and narrow.

More Localization

Edited previously modified strings for more consistency. Also modified
most strings in Print Level Wizard, and other strings that were not
