dad8829f69 LibraryContainer -> OnContentChange should not call this.Load() 
- Doing so causes cascade of recursive calls
- Callers should load changes and notify via OnContentChange

- Refresh on Connect/Disconnect
- Remove lag - drop AutoResetEvent until need is established
