James Westman f674c4d899 help: Update composer docs 
Some recent changes to the composer layout need to be reflected in the user
manual.

Also added an explanation of what the Cc, Bcc, and Reply-To fields do.

Fixed some typos and improved wording elsewhere on the page.

Geary icon

Geary is an email application built around conversations, for the GNOME 3 desktop. It allows you to read, find and send email with a straightforward, modern interface.
