Michael James Gratton afb236517f Fix meson build when libmessaging-menu is available. 
Since libmessaging-menu has a either a broken pkg_config file or a dumb
VAPI name, we need to detect the library and the VAPI in two steps, then
add them both as dependencies.

Geary: Send and receive email

Geary is an email application built around conversations, for the GNOME 3 desktop. It allows you to read, find and send email with a straightforward, modern interface.
