f45afac091 components: Rework adapative layout by removing HdySwipeGroup 
HdySwipeGroup is deprecated since libhandy 1.4.

- Split headerbar into 3 components
- Remove HdySwipeGroups/GtkSizeGroups used for syncing headerbar with content.
